Rainer Mayer, who has worked in IT since 1986 in responsible positions with international software and consulting companies, has been an independent personnel consultant since 2000 and Managing Director of PrimePeople GmbH since 2007.

Before becoming an independent personnel consultant in 1986, Gerhard Schieber worked for high profile companies in the IT industry in a variety of Sales Manager and Managing Director positions.

Martina Wiehe began her IT career at Hewlett Packard in 1988 and then worked in different roles with companies like AT&T, Oracle and Baan. In 2005 she moved into management and personnel consultancy.

Michael Welz has worked in the IT sector since 1998 in responsible positions with international software and consulting enterprises. His own company, founded in 2003, advises and supports enterprises in management and sales tasks. Michael Welz has been a Managing Partner at PrimePeople since 2009.

Jürgen Schulz has worked successfully in high-profile companies in mechanical engineering and in the automobile industry since 1974, starting as an apprentice and moving on through Consulting Engineer, Product Manager and Branch Manager roles before becoming a Managing Director.  He has been an independent management and personnel consultant since 2008.

Marc Gebhardt has been a Managing Partner at PrimePeople since 2010. Before becoming an independent management and personnel consultant, he worked for international software and IT consultancies in management positions in the areas of sales, marketing and business development.

Iris Posth has worked at top management level in some of the world’s leading companies in the areas of telecommunications, storage management systems, broadcasting and media, open business software and hardware solutions. Her international career includes experience of technology, sales, marketing, market development, consulting and service.

Holger Rotter has over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering. He started his career in Production Engineer and Managing Director roles in metal processing companies. As a Project Engineer and Senior Consultant, his main focus was on the implementation of production systems. He then became head of plant development and production planning for an automotive enterprise. Mr. Rotter has been advising our customers on the selection and placement of executives since 2010.

Hans-Joachim Krink has worked in the telecommunications, IT and media industries for more than 20 years. He held several international management positions at Alcatel SEL AG before becoming the sole Managing Director of Nextream Deutschland GmbH and then spokesman of the board of Thomson Broadcast & Media Solutions GmbH. He also led the broadcast system business for the Thomson group and its worldwide professional service activities. Mr. Krink has been an independent management coach and strategy and personnel consultant since 2009.

Michael Scheib has more than 25 years of management experience as CEO, Board Member, Managing Director and Sales Manager with a variety of international IT companies. His own company, founded in 2011, advises and supports global enterprises on their entry into the German-language market and on the development and implementation of measures to increase sales. Mr. Scheib has been a Managing Partner at Primepeople since the beginning of 2012.

Irene Bladt kommt aus der politischen Kommunikation und war jahrelang an den Schnittstellen zwischen Politik, Wirtschaft und IT beratend tätig. Nach ihrem Wechsel in die Personalberatung hat sie 2011 die Geschäftsführung der Rainer Mayer Unternehmens- und Personalberatung unter dem Dach der Primepeople GmbH übernommen.

Bernd Scherer has over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing - from Sales Trainee through Head of Sales Area to Head of National Sales, finally Director with responsibility for major customers with the world's largest cosmetics business.
