Our position in the market
In 1999, Rainer Mayer moved from IT into recruitment consulting with the aim of recruiting qualified personnel for the IT sector, which was just starting to boom.
A consistent focus on candidate quality and analysis of customer processes led to the structure of our current group of companies with its experienced managing partners, who between them have more than 100 years of professional and executive experience in IT.
Since the beginning of the new millenium, our core business has concentrated even more strongly on executive search, as we have developed increasingly sophisticated matching procedures - for instance through the introduction of personality analyses for candidates and strongly focussed analyses of client company success factors and client markets. At the same time, the first trends towards internationalization became apparent - resulting in initial contacts with Asia and North America.
All these developments led to the foundation of PrimePeople Career Business Consultants GmbH in 2007 with the objective of underlining our central company philosophy - the recruitment of highly qualified personnel for highly professional companies - and making it visible to all.
Our success has proved PrimePeople right: we expect a further major increase in turnover during the middle of this year. With managing partners who determine our strategic orientation and professional support from our back office staff, our young company is well on the way to further success.
Our client portfolio includes German companies with around 100 staff as well as major international groups with more than 50,000 employees.
To keep the right balance between theory and practice, the advisory board of PrimePeople GmbH includes experts from universities and from industry as well as members of professional associations.
